I started my career at some of the public relations industry’s biggest agencies. After a decade of supporting a revolving door of clients, I started my own boutique agency to focus on businesses that deserve recognition for more than funding dollars or profits.  

Since then, I’ve generated media coverage for mission-driven businesses in sustainability, regenerative agriculture, circular systems, workplace culture, adaptive retail, maternal health, artificial intelligence, real estate, and more. 

I specialize in media relations, but there is so much more that goes into the process than most PR agencies would have you believe. You’ll work directly with me and my team to identify narratives that will be successful in the media, and the best pathways to securing opportunities in digital media, podcasts, speaking engagements, awards, executive lists and accolades, and more. 

BEYOND PR…

I have lived in New York City long enough to be considered a real New Yorker. When I’m not working, I can most likely be found on the G train, at The Bar Method, or in line at my favorite bagel place (which I am gatekeeping because of a recent hostile takeover but you can ask me privately).

Growing up in Rochester, New York (proudly home to the garbage plate, Eastman Kodak, and Wegman’s Food Markets), I was a competitive dancer all throughout school, including my years at Ithaca College. Dance brought me all across the country, introduced me to all the best people in my life, and taught me everything I know about tenacity, discipline, and the rewards of hard work.

I still try to take drop-in classes every now and then, but most of my dancing these days is done in front of my TV while watching The Eras Tour. Yes, I am a Swiftie. Yes, I went to The Eras Tour (Metlife N1 and SoFi N6). And yes, I am waiting for you to bring up Taylor Swift in conversation.
